SXSW 2016 is Hosting a Harley Quinn Tattoo Parlor for Visitors

Austin's SXSW 2016 event is not only home to a myriad of interactive entertainment experiences and tech keynotes but it is also hosting a Harley Quinn tattoo parlor inspired by the Suicide Squad film character.

The comic villain turned hero inspired South by Southwest's experiential pop-up that lets visitors receive their very own cinematic body art. In addition to offering temporary body art that celebrates Suicide Squad imagery, the festival's Harley Quinn tattoo parlor will also let visitors get permanently inked.

Appealing to a niche audience -- comic fans with an appreciation for tattoos -- this experiential brand activation promotes a popular film release in a memorable way. The activation targets Millennials and is a more fun departure from traditional movie screenings or similar cinematic experiences.
