Nike Launches the Happy Pineapple Pack of Classic Shoes
Nike introduces the new Happy Pineapple Pack of sneakers that are made with a sustainable mindset. As the name of the collection suggests, the sportswear brand uses pineapple leather materials to create the iconic silhouettes. The entire range is focused in on PIÑATEX, which is a pineapple material.
The material is used on five silhouettes as a more eco-friendly option in placement of leather. The models include the Air Force 1, the Free Run Trail, the Air Max 95, the Air Max 90, and the Air Zoom-Type shoes. The last option that rounds out the entire range is the exclusive women's size Air Force 1 colorway option. All of the items are made using the PIÑATEX material from pineapple harvesting.
