Textured Seasonal Sneakers

Nike Creates a Leaf Camo Edition of a Classic Basketball Silhouette

Leaf camo appears on a new edition of the Nike Air Force 1 Low, reworked with an upper covered in layered artificial leaves that mimic the texture of a shedding ghillie suit. The design incorporates a mix of sewn and glued foliage in autumn shades to create a three-dimensional surface that contrasts with the smooth white midsole. Standard leather panels remain beneath the constructed exterior to maintain structure, while the lacing system threads through gaps in the leaf overlay. The tongue and heel tab stay consistent with traditional Air Force 1 detailing for recognizability.

The visual concept leans into outdoor camouflage aesthetics, highlighting a textured profile that shifts with movement. The sole unit retains the original pattern to preserve traction and durability, and ventilation is maintained through perforations hidden under the added materials.
