Miguel's Jr. is a Southern California-based Mexican restaurant chain and recently, the brand launched a limited-time summer menu featuring new handheld Dippers in two varieties.
In summer 2026, individuals can enjoy handheld Dippers Chicken and Cheese or Beef and Potato. The first combines shredded chicken with melted cheddar, while the second boasts shredded beef with marinated potatoes, Monterey Jack, cilantro, and onion. These ingredients are rolled in six-inch Sonora flour tortillas, grilled until golden, and served with a choice of serrano salsa, creamy guacamole, or sour cream for dunking. The delicacy is available as individual items or as box meals that include two Dippers, chips or seasoned fries, chunky guacamole, a sauce, and a 22-ounce fountain beverage.
In addition to the handheld Dippers, Miguel's Jr. introduces a new Coconut Horchata alongside returning fan favorites Strawberry Horchata and Strawberry Lemonade.
