Fuego Tortilla Grill is welcoming the start of spring with the debut of its new Frito Pie Taco and new Strawberry Margarita.

For those unfamiliar, Frito Pie is a beloved Southern, Midwestern, and Southwestern dish that essentially combines crunchy corn chips with chili, cheese, and other toppings. Fuego Tortilla Grill's take on the dish is to offer it in taco form, by filling a scratch-made flour tortilla with seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese, onions, chopped jalapeños, sour cream, and, of course, Fritos corn chips. The result is essentially a handheld version of the famous casserole, which will have you reaching for a napkin or two. The new taco also pairs perfectly with the brand's other limited-time offering: the refreshing Strawberry Margarita.
