The Halo Light is a modular light fixture that is circular in more than one way. At least, if it is arranged in a circular pattern. The moving parts that make up the whole are themselves this shape, which gives the overall design a visually striking aesthetic. Of course, although it can take on a straight line, the name of the Halo Light suggests its proper formation.
Designed by Stephanie Ng, a designer based in Melbourne, Australia, the Halo Light is made out of spun steel. Each piece has a magnet on one side in order for it to fit into each other snugly. Especially great for public spaces including offices, lobbies and hotels, the Halo Light runs on LED light bulbs and consumes very little energy.
