In a move to make the Halo universe more accessible, 343 Industries has launched an array of improved features for those with disabilities.

The new accessibility-focused features include improved colorblindness settings, as well as the ability to rebind a keyboard, mouse, and other gamepad controls. In terms of newly added features, 343 Industries has committed to introducing movement-assisted steering, allowing users to build custom-made controls for driving in-game vehicles.

The new updates are wide-ranging as they intend to help those with various disabilities and ailments, including those with visual, hearing, and motor impairments. Some of the other notable features users can expect to see in the coming weeks include new text-to-speech and speech-to-text tools, more UI settings for improved information displays, and a new mode called 'Linear Navigation.'
