Luxe City-Inspired Hair Mists

Diptyque's Hair Mist Now Arrives in Its Eau Capitale Scent

Fragrance brand Diptyque is expanding its lineup of hair mists following its last successful release. Now, a hair mist in the scent 'Eau Capitale' will be available, mimicking its previous iteration.

The scent was inspired by Paris, which is where it was originally conceptualized and created. It arrives with a light yet distinct smell, featuring notes of bergamot, bright pink berries and patchouli. The mist arrives in a box that's equally as luxe, boasting images that are reminiscent of Paris. It largely drew its inspiration from the city's architecture, particularly the Art Art Nouveau building style.

In a press release, the brand described the hair mist stating it is “worn as a chypre” and “evokes an excess of lush ruses".
