This Korean bulgogi-style grilled steak is a splendidly savory and slightly spicy meal with intense and addictive flavors. Bulgogi beef is a favorite among many Korean BBQ aficionados; if you're one of them, you'll be happy to learn that it isn't too difficult to replicate these flavors at home.
To begin, combine gochujang (Korean chili paste), garlic, ginger, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper, oil, scallions and cilantro in a food processor. Pulse until you have a smooth sauce. Put the steak in a shallow dish and pour your marinade over it, making sure the entire surface of the steak is covered.
