Starbucks Japan Launched its 'Greener Series' Collection

Starbucks Japan launched its 'Greener Series' sustainability initiative, which included the commercial release of three sustainable coffee accessories: the Recycled Polyester Sleeve, Starbucks Upcycled Cotton Shopper Bag, and Reusable Straw & Silicone Case. These three items aim to promote eco-conscious coffee consumption by offering reusable alternatives to typically disposable coffee accessories.

Built to protect the hands from burns, the hand-washable Recycled Polyester Sleeve is made from recycled PET bottles and can be used on both paper and reusable cups. The Shopper Bag, made with upcycled denim among other recycled fabrics, is designed to provide a sustainable and sturdy alternative to the signature Starbucks paper bag. Topping off the 'Greener Series' collection, the Reusable Straw & Silicone Case offers a wide silicon straw along with a snug case and cleaning brushes for an all-inclusive sustainable substitute for paper and plastic straws. As consumers begin to favor sustainable brands, the 'Greener Series' offers Starbucks Japan a headstart in green technology.
