Los Angeles' new restaurant the Great White Melrose recently opened its doors along Melrose Avenue which is led by co-founder and creative director Sam Cooper. The pink tones are selected to match his childhood home for a personal and nostalgic touch. This marks their third location in the city, and it is also the largest location within the city following the Venice Beach and Larchmont Village restaurants.
The restaurant team talks about the new space, stating that it is "Completely visible from the street, the open concept was developed very intentionally to create a relationship with the neighborhood, the antithesis of the way so many Los Angeles – and specifically West Hollywood – hospitality venues operate,"
