The Gran Torino restaurant brings a taste of Italy to the heart of the French Alps. Located in Chambery, the restaurant boasts an eclectic decor that is littered with references to the eponymous Ford, the local mountain surroundings and the beautiful city of Turin itself.
Designed in a collaboration between La COX and EMC2 Studio, the Gran Torino restaurant references both the Italian city of Turin, as well as the film of the same name and the imagery of Americana that goes with it.
One of the most notable characteristics of fluid space is the mixed use of materials, which offer raw bursts of texture and extend an industrial effect to the entire dining experience.
