Gourmet Burger Kitchen is partnering with Secret Opera, an experimental opera company in order to produce a performance that tells the tale of falling in love with a burger. The plot of 'Burger: The Opera' follows the passionate, dramatic story of a daughter with a disapproving father, a Gourmet Burger Kitchen employee.

The unusual burger-themed opera will be set to classical music and Gourmet Burger Kitchen promises that it will be "One performance where meat and melody will intertwine as never before." The free performances of Burger: The Opera will be 15 minutes in length, performed at lunch hour to promote the burger chain's promise that your meals will be ready within 15 minutes, or your next meal will be covered courtesy of Gourmet Burger Kitchen.
