A new Google Chrome feature will block Internet Service Providers, ISPs, form knowing that a user is in Incognito mode. The new feature will be included in the next edition of Google Chrome, which is titled Google Chrome 76 and will be released in July. ISPs were previously able to view Incognito mode as a result of a loophole which will be addressed in the with the new Google Chrom feature coming to the next version of the browser.
The Google Chrome browser currently implements a File System API mode for Incognito browsing, this does not allow cookies or tracking information. However websites are able to detect this, and this can cause a website to change the way it collects data.
