Opened in late 2014, Gold Cash Gold is a uniquely Detroit dining experience that fuses the past and present with an eclectic charm. Located in Detroit's Corktown neighborhood, Gold Cash Gold's newly renovated interior is understated but with luxurious antique details that hint at the building's history as a pawn shop of the same name.

Serving a seasonal menu of farmstead fine food, Gold Cash Gold uses its rustic interior to communicate its dedication to carefully sourced local ingredients as championed by its chef Josh Stockton.

The vintage interior of Gold Cash Gold is characterized by reclaimed wooden floors salvaged from a nearby elementary school gymnasium, a decorative wooden ceiling and shelves of jarred preserves sitting along one wall. Other unique details like diamond shapes engraved in on the "push push push" door handle pay tribute to the former pawn shop.
