The Glove Stools by Humberto da Mata are handy innovations that definitely make a statement. Despite their odd appearance, these Glove Stools bring comfort to a whole new level. Glove Stools were included in the Fuori Salone Milan 2012 and they were inspired by an analysis of everyday materials.
Humberto da Mata is a Brazilian freelance architect and designer who researches digital arts. He created these stools from green rubber gloves used in the kitchen, and produced them in a variety of vibrant colors. He wanted to take an old item and transform it into a new product with a different shape and feel. These stools bring a completely new meaning to having your butt grabbed.
