ZigZag Global Offers Retailers a Sustainable System for Global Returns

This e-commerce site makes the process of global returns a more sustainable one. ZigZag Global saves retailers money and time by sending their returned items to a warehouse and taking on the whole reselling process. Using a software plugin that is integrated into the retailer's returns page, ZigZag Global can reduce carbon emissions and diminish the amount of time it would take to resell stock.

Instead of being sent back to the country of origin, global returns are mailed to the nearest warehouse. Currently there are warehouse locations in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France and Australia. If these main warehouses are too far away, products can also be redirected to 100 other destinations, especially if the demand is greater there. This can be determined with ZigZag's smart rerouting system.
