The water is enriched with L-Theanine, which is an amino acid that's naturally found in tea that's known as a key ingredient for reducing anxiety and stress. This caffeine-free beverage boasts a light peach flavor.

Glaceau Sleep Water is targeted at a young demographic between the ages of 20 and 40, particularly those in Asia who work long hours and suffer as a result of poor sleeping habits.
