In an ad that claims "Fixing Your Animals is Chingon" (or great), the actor talks about the necessity of spaying and neutering pets. Being an L.A. native, the actor grew up seeing stray cats and dogs everywhere since people didn't sterilize their pets. People who don't sterilize pets also increase the chances of animals ending up in animal shelters, where half end up being euthanized due to a lack of resources and homes. The campaign encourages pet owners to spay and neuter them in order to maintain the health and safety of animals.
