Intelligent Rearview Mirrors

The Gentex Rearview Smart Mirror was announced by the brand at CES 2021 as a way to enhance the capabilities of drivers and keep them feeling more secure when getting behind the wheel. The system will replace traditional dashcams and features a mirror-mounted video recorder that will allow users to maintain clear sightlines when driving. The interface features a series of controls on the bottom that will allow users to easily navigate through the functionality, while the integrated screen will spring to life with warnings if paired with a series of additional sensors.

The Gentex Rearview Smart Mirror will keep a clear, crisp eye on the road ahead and behind as well as in the car, and will even start recording if the vehicle is parked and the shock from a collision is detected.
