The GE Agent of Good commercial heralds in a new future for hospitals. Although it compares it to 'The Matrix,' this future is not so bleak. Instead, by digitizing the system, everything becomes like a well-oiled machine. With smoother operations comes better service and more results. Actor Hugo Weaving reprises his role as Agent Smith in the commercial, touting the brilliance of GE software which allows it to "be in many places at the same time."
