Chef Roy Choi's Garlic Everything Sauce for Williams Sonoma is a versatile cooking sauce boasts some of the rich flavors that can be found in the dishes served at his famous Korean taco truck Kogi and his various Los Angeles-based restaurants.
During its development, the Garlic Everything Sauce is said to have quickly evolved into a hyper-versatile
with a vast ingredients list full of surprises. Those ingredients include "everything" from pear puree to fermented soybean paste, with sauce boasting seemingly unlimited uses like as a dressing or a marinade.
