Nintendo is Celebrating the Olympics with a New Game for Wii U

Nintendo is gearing up for the Rio 2016 Olympics with a brand new game for Wii U. Along with the release of the new game, Nintendo is also encouraging fans to engage with the brand online by launching a giveaway over social media.

The latest Nintendo game for Wii U is called 'Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games' and it combines popular Nintendo characters with Olympic-style sporting events. To promote the new game, Nintendo is launching a rewarding social media contest. Between July 1st and July 22nd, fans are encouraged to submit photos on Instagram with the hashtag #MarioSonicRio2016 and #NintendoContest. Their participation online will enter them into a draw to win a copy of the new game, a Mario and Sonic amiibo, a New Nintendo 3DS XL or even a Wii U console.

With the Olympics just around the corner, the contest provides the perfect way to begin counting down to the summer games.
