KIND Snacks Launched Curbside Recyclable Snack Bar Packaging

KIND Snacks is working toward the goal of making all of its packaging recycle-ready by 2030, and its new fully recyclable paper wrapper is a significant step forward. The brand's first curbside recyclable paper wrapper pilot in the United States makes the most of pulpable paper, a How2Recycle pre-qualified paper type.

The KIND paper wrapper will be available exclusively at select Whole Foods Market stores and states from May 1st through October 1st, while supplies last, for KIND's best-selling Dark Chocolate Nuts & Sea Salt single bars.

In 2023, KIND trialed a paper-based wrapper, exclusively via e-commerce, which led to valuable insights that informed the research and development of these new, improved and fully recyclable wrappers in less than two years.
