The Frood cooking blends are a series of at-home cooking products perfect for helping consumers to create a high-quality meal that's packed with flavor every time.
The product range was developed by Frida Redknapp and is focused on helping consumers eat more real food ingredients without sacrificing on convenience. The range consists of dehydrated vegetable and fruits with grains, seeds, plant proteins and more, and can be mixed into a recipe for preparation in around 20-minutes. The products are priced at £3 for each 75-gram pack that will serve up to four people.
Redknapp commented on the Frood cooking blends saying, "Inspired by family favourites, I created Frood to make healthy home cooking simpler for everyone. I came up with the idea when I realised that consumers were searching for something that quite simply didn’t exist. In a space between packet mixes, meats and herbs – there were no healthy convenience options. As a working mum who prioritises the health of myself and my family, I really believe that convenience shouldn’t have to mean ultra processed, yet all too often this is the compromise people are having to make."
