David Chang's Faku Eatery Concept Was Introduced at SXSW

Famous chef and Momofuku founder David Chang recently introduced Fuku, his latest fried chicken restaurant venture at SXSW. The New York eatery aims to offer quality meals within the suburbs and has the goal of making the world's best chicken sandwich.

In addition to founding Momofuku, David is also the face behind food publication Lucky Peach and popular PBS series 'Mind of a Chef'. In addition to his Faku fried chicken restaurant concept, David Chang also talked of plans for a mobile app that would be associated with the eatery.

The celebrity chef named In-N-Out and Chick-Fil-A as his main inspirations behind this project and gave fans and inspiring keynote address at this year's SXSW event in Austin, Texas.
