The establishment's loyalty program allows for people using the LettuceEats mobile app to rank up points with every dollar they spend on food and beverages at participating locations. At the 140 increment, the Lettuce Entertain You restaurant converts the points into 10 dollars.

The frequent diner program has three levels of member status. Once one obtains Silver, the points per dollar rack up to 1.25 and when Gold is reached, which is having spent over 2,500 dollars at Lettuce Entertain You restaurants, the frequent diner begins earning 1.5 points per dollar.
