AT&T is Offering Those Who Buy the LG G5 Another Handset for Free

Although a free smartphone might sound too good to be true, AT&T is offering just that to those that purchase the new LG G5 when it goes on sale next month.

With the purchase of an LG G5 smartphone, AT&T will allow the customer to setup a new line with the same device free of charge. This is only available if consumers purchase the phone outright or purchase it on a monthly payment plan for $23 a month for 30 months.

The smartphone market is reaching saturated levels, which has many telecom and technology brands seeking out ways to entice new users. The free smartphone campaign from AT&T will likely be the first of many in the future as many consumer segments limit buying new devices.
