Superstar Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z are giving one lucky fan a chance to win a lifetime of free concert tickets to their shows if they commit to a vegan diet challenge. Known for sticking to a strict vegan diet before big performances like Coachella, Beyonce is going beyond a 44-day plant-based diet commitment before this year's festival and is encouraging her fans to make healthier and more sustainable choices alongside her and her family.

Teaming up with Marco Borges, her personal trainer and author of 'The Greenprint: Plant-Based Diet, Best Body, Better World,' Beyonce urges her fans to undertake a diet challenge that she reveals has lead her to keep weight off more consistently while giving her more energy and firming up her skin. "We used to think of health as a diet -- some worked for us, some didn’t. Once we looked at health as the truth, instead of a diet, it became a mission for us to share that truth and lifestyle with as many people as possible," said Beyonce and Jay-Z to People Magazine recently. While sharing their new beliefs, the stars suggested that while they're not expecting for fans to change their lifestyle overnight, they're excited to help encourage their following to lessen their overall carbon footprint.

As more embrace a plant-based diet, both brands and celebrities are promoting the lifestyle as not only a proven aid in anti-aging efforts but also as a powerful way to contribute to the planet's well-being.
