Delta Air Lines showcased a new smart travel app at CES 2020, which is titled the Fly Delta app. The Airline stated that the new app is intended to act as a digital concierge, and it will serve as the most consistent point of contact between the company and its customers.
The Fly Delta app will provide consumers with notifications pertaining to flight information, as well as live updates to boarding. Additionally, it was stated that the app could provide consumers with the ability to select seats using AR technology.
During CES 2020, Delta Air Lines also stated that it has extended it extended its partnership with Lyft, which will allow consumers to earn flight miles when booking rides through the Lyft app.
