If you find yourself in Germany any time in the near future, Duesseldorf in particular, be sure to check out the art installation titled Flossis by Rosalie. A large and impressive art piece, it scales the walls of Roggendorf House. Yet it isn't its immense size that will captivate people, though that is one big part of it. It is what makes up the installation that will get people talking.
The art installation Flossis by Rosalie is made up of vibrantly colored, cartoonish climbers that are more creepy than cute. Although these humanoid sculptures are clearly not realistic, there is something slightly life-like that makes it seem like they are invading the city, starting with that building. However, once you crane your neck to the top of said building, it is clear that these sculptures are made to look as though they are simply observing the streets of Duesseldorf.
