For those who are looking for a way to escape the crowded bar scene this summer, a floating tiki bar from Cruisin' Tikis may just be the perfect solution. With plenty of shade and a built-in wet bar, these buoyant tiki huts are the ultimate way to relax.
Cruisin' Tikis was originally founded by Fort Lauderdale local Greg Darby, who built his first floating thatched-roof hut back in 2015. Now Darby's company Cruisin' Tikis offers floating tiki bars of all sizes, with options to fit anywhere from six to a dozen people. Along with a built-in wet bar covered by a straw roof, the bars also feature stools and solid wood floors. The only catch is that the bars are BYOB, meaning guests will have to bring their own cocktail fixings in order to enjoy their favourite tiki drinks at sea.
