Floating Taco Restaurants

Lime Out Opens its Second Solar-Powered Location in St. Thomas

Lime Out, the globally celebrated floating taco bar, has officially debuted its second outpost in St. Thomas. The concept quickly became a worldwide sensation, and the new site expands on that success with an 850-square-foot, fully solar-powered structure that’s more than a quarter the size of the original.

Visitors can pull up by boat to Lindbergh Bay and enjoy Chef Amaro Rivera’s creative taco menu, including dishes unique to this location, alongside craft cocktails such as 'The Danger' and 'Nene’s Margarita.' Lime Out St. Thomas offers 850 square feet of excitement and champions sustainability through the use of biodegradable materials and ethical marine fishing practices.

"Lime Out St. Thomas is a culmination of what we believe to be some of the most beautiful attributes of the Virgin Islands—the sea, contagious energy, vibrant food, and welcoming hospitality,” said Co-Founder Chelsea Baranowski. “If we can even play a small part in making our guests have an incredible day, then we’re happy. We’re beyond grateful for the opportunity to do so on St. Thomas.”
