Zillow will bill the home owner following the renovation making for a streamlined and efficient service that's sue to appeal to those looking to move without the hassle of managing a property.

Real estate agents will also be involved in this transaction, and can earn commission from the sales. Zillow Instant Offers will be available in Las Vegas and Phoenix
