Gabriel Boudier Mustard Liqueur Highlights a Famous London Condiment

Countless flavored liqueurs have been created that offer hints of nuts, spices, fruit, flowers, chocolate, mint and coffee but the Gabriel Boudier Mustard Liqueur sets itself apart with its one-of-a-kind flavor.

The standout liqueur was named the winner of the 2018 Gabriel Boudier Wizard competition and will soon be released worldwide. The recipe was created by Maria Vieira of the East London Liquor Company and it spotlights a famous local condiment.

Gabriel Boudier Mustard Liqueur is created with black and brown mustard seeds that are macerated in alcohol for two weeks, then combined with pepper, sugar, honey and other select ingredients. When it comes to enjoying the unconventionally flavored liqueur, it is said to offer an interesting twist to classic cocktails, turning the Bloody Mary into 'Mustard Mary' and a Tom Collins into 'Mustard Collins.'
