'Fysh Sauce' is Sustainably Made from Seaweed for Flavoring Asian-Inspired Dishes

This salty vegan fish sauce replaces the need for thousands of anchovies and instead uses a plant-based product to create the sauce alternative. 'Fysh Sauce' is created by Tofuna Fysh and uses fresh organic seaweed to deliver Asian flavoring. Wasabi and pineapple juice are added as well to bring out the full flavors of the condiment.

Perfect for Thai food dishes, sushi or marinades, the sauce allows vegans and vegetarians to create delicious dishes that taste like those pescetarians could still eat. With a growing consumer interest in veganism for environmental, health and moral reasons, vegan food products are gaining an increasingly large market.

While some vegan fish sauces do already exist, Fysh Sauce has a uniquely versatile taste, with the ability to be added to a variety of vegan dishes.
