Cylindrical Glass Photo Frames

Inga Sempé Designs the Rounded Filigree Series for Iittala

French designer Inga Sempé designs the new Filigree series for Iittala and it is a collection full of glass photo frames. It features a clear glass design language along with colored metal backplates to hold visual memories. The use of the glass creates a optical visual by the glass cylinders and has a weight to the frame without feeling heavy.

The result is a simplistic elegance with a vignette effect. The metal backplate carefully enters the piece of glass and holds the photo to create a colored backdrop. There are four different sizes of the new Filigree series and each one comes with its own back tone. It features beige, steel, blue, or pale grey and steel can be used as a mirror as well.
