Billie is a "female-first shaving and body company" which aims to change the way women shop for personal beauty products.
With a convenient direct-to-consumer model, Billie offers its consumers a collection of monthly essentials, that eliminates the gendered "pink tax," which results in women spending an estimated 43% more on toiletries than men. The subscription box model provides consumers with two five-blade cartridges, a handle and a magnetic holder. Other offerings include a soft and supple shave cream, a Sudsy body wash and the Dry-Bye body lotion. All of the products are free of toxins and synthetic fragrances.
In celebration of the new collection, Billie, will be reimbursing its customers for the years they've spent over-paying for razors, by offering a $5, $10 or $20 credit for every 5, 10 or 20 friends that join the website.
