The GE Appliances Family Hub Kitchen Tablet was debuted by the brand at CES 2018 as a new piece of technology for the home that will offer advanced connectivity like never before. Boasting an expansive 27 inch touchscreen display, the system enables you to control your smart appliances, see who's at the door, catch up on the latest news and research recipes to try out.

The tablet also features a camera directed forward and another that is aimed at the stovetop to let you take video calls and show callers what you're preparing. The unit also operates as an exhaust hood to banish smoke and smells from the kitchen as you prepare meals.

The GE Appliances Family Hub Kitchen Tablet is expected to start shipping in the second half of 2018.
