This hilarious commercial by Ethel's Brew shows a tale of how one man started to brew his own beer, which eventually leads to the life of a filthy rich, partying grandma.
The commercial starts off with Ethel narrating the story of how her husband was inspired to brew his own beer. There's retro and homey video clips of her husband flipping through old albums and showcasing his collection of beers. All of a sudden, she says, "but Burt's dead," and the vintage clips stop and out pops Ethel who's glamorized from head to toe while confetti falls from the ceiling.
The plot change is hysterical and is the key to this commercial; it shows how Ethel's Brew uses humor to advertise its product.
