The Founders KBS Espresso Stout has been unveiled by the brewery as an expansion of its existing barrel-aged lineup of stouts that will offer consumers a caffeinated option that's sure to please. The beer is brewed with espresso beans sourced from Grand Rapids-based Ferris Coffee & Nut, which adds a touch of caffeine as well as a premium chocolate flavor. This makes the beer ideal for enjoyment in the colder weather when heavier brews like stouts are more palatable.

The Founders KBS Espresso Stout features a 12% ABV and will come in 750ml bottles or four packs to make it perfect for bringing to holiday get-togethers. The beer is positioned to launch later this month and will be available until February.
