'The Giving Keys' is a Los Angeles-based jewelry brand that employs homeless individuals. For those who are living on the street, finding stable employment can be an extremely difficult task. The Giving Keys helps these individuals by employing them in various aspects of the jewelry business.

The Giving Keys was founded by Caitlin Crosby after she began making necklaces out of old hotel keys. Crosby eventually teamed up with a homeless couple who designed jewelry. Today the company employs 30 homeless individuals from across Los Angeles. The initiative is designed to help these people transition out of homelessness by teaching them valuable skills. The company also shares the stories of those they help to raise awareness about the issue of homelessness.

The Giving Keys demonstrates how companies can make a positive difference at the community level.
