Emily Dumas Designs Posters That are Colorful and Cute

These adorable posters by graphic designer Emily Dumas are eye-catching and colorful. Dumas is the founder of the design company Flowers in May, and this series tastefully illustrates diverse themes with a specific color palette.

Dumas chose several subjects like a boutique, a kitchen, a laundry and a bakery and brainstormed all the elements that characterized each theme. Then, she distinguished them by using different hues. For example, the boutique is all about a certain tonality of blues, yellows and greens, the music store is filled with reds, browns and dark yellows. The illustrations themselves are well-done and extremely detailed, making these prints a collector's item.
