This lightly sweetened marshmallow omelette is a creative breakfast egg meal to try at home. The really simple recipe only uses five ingredients of eggs, marshmallows, oil, dashi and soy sauce.
The ingredients are not the tricky part but cooking the omelette has a few challenges. It is difficult to maintain the heat at the proper temperature because the marshmallows are very sensitive. The fluffy white treats burn easily and expand quickly. There must be a balance between the folding of the omelette coupled with perfect hear distribution.
Combining all of the ingredients and finding the right temperature will result in a tasty and sweet morning egg meal. With the added fluff of the marshmallows, this omelette is simply non-comparable to any other. This recipe might seem strange but change is a good thing.
