Vietnam may be known for many things, but one of the oddest albeit delicious has to be the Egg Coffee. Yet the drink isn't simply a cup of coffee with a raw egg cracked into it. Although the Egg Coffee might not sound appetizing the Westerners, this simple recipe may change their minds.
Shared by Away with Lily, the Egg Coffee recipe recipes a cup of Vietnamese coffee, an egg and condensed milk. The yolk is separated from the egg whites and whisked with the condensed milk, creating a fluffy substance that is then poured onto the hot beverage, adding taste and texture. On top of that, the Egg Coffee also has a great presentation, which Instagrammers will appreciate.
