Golf Course Gin Spirits

Eden Mill Golf Gin is Made with Botanicals from the Old Course

Eden Mill Golf Gin is the first and only gin distilled with botanicals foraged from the world's oldest and most iconic golf course, the Old Course. The distilling team gathered gorse, heather and lavender from the course and balanced these floral notes with Scottish kombu seaweed for subtle salinity. Altogether, Eden Mill describes Golf Gin as "A classic and refreshing London Dry gin crafted with botanicals that tell a unique story." Notably, the Eden Mill Distillery can be seen from the course’s sixth hole, meaning that the ingredients used in this gin were especially local.

This crisp, refreshing, juniper-forward gin is optimally enjoyed with a premium tonic garnished with blackberry and a sprig of mint, but it can also be used to make a quality martini.
