There is something almost romantic about handwritten notes in an age of keyboards and voice-to-text functions and thankfully Luidia is ensuring this never goes away with its eBeam Smartpen. Touted as a "smartpen," this gadget comprises three central components: the pen, a tracking sensor and a case that holds both items. The entire set comes in a remarkably compact package but still manages to pack quite a bit of innovative tech.
Using the eBeam Smartpen is incredibly simple and only requires users to install the eBeam app and connect the sensor via Bluetooth. From there, users simply need to place the sensor on top of a piece of paper and begin to write or draw. The sensor is designed to follow the movements of the eBeam Smartpen and will begin copying and pasting the movements into a digital document within the app.
