DREAMS is a Store in LA Inspired by Surrealist Art

DREAMS is a new store in Atwater Village, Los Angeles. Designed by Monica Navarro and spatial designer Adi Goodrich, the eclectic department-style store is inspired by surrealist art. DREAMS aims to provide a unique shopping experience for its guests by unlocking memories and experiences that blur the lines between reality and imagination.

The store owners aim to tap into the unconscious mind through surrealist decor and miscellaneous items. Overall, the store's feel is reminiscent of daydreams, evoking a sense of daze. Warm hues of color are painted throughout to inspire feelings of comfort and warmth. Moreover, a large blue rock guides visitors to the back of the store through an ethereal archway. The store offers clothes, knickknacks, books, and more.
