A Drake-themed chicken wing bar will be opening temporarily in Scotland this month, offering consumers an assortment of tasty treats dedicated to Toronto's "6 God."
Opening in the DockYard Social in Finnieston, Scottland, the bar, dubbed 'A Wing and a Prayer' promises a unique night out, and aims to attract both locals and tourists. The hip eatery will pay homage to the Canadian rapper through offering dishes named after his popular songs, including the "Controlla" Caribbean chicken and Teriyaki wings with crispy shallots.
The bar was devised by Barrington Reeves, who's quoted as saying ‘We’ve really been able to push the boundaries creatively, coming up with fun and quirky ideas that most big agencies would shy away from." Reeves is best known for creating Glasgow's first permanent street market, but claims A Wing and a Prayer will elicit a much more relaxed environment.
