I may never in my life dream of being able to spell or say Mike Luribetxeberria's name, but I love this series of photographs from his project entitled 'Animalia.' Stunning.
While I do adore the images, I must also admit I am slightly uncomfortable about wild animals being used in this way. Unfortunately, I don't speak Lureibetxeberria's language so I am not in a position to research or comment further.
Implications - There is something that is once very unsettling yet exciting about the photography of Mike Luribetxeberria. If you have never seen any of his work, you are certainly in for a great treat. Flip through this images right now.
